“Working with Jay Woodley and Ian Rattray from RetailOne was one of the best decisions we made when we decided to renovate. The task was very daunting but when we met RetailOne, they gave us confidence that it could be completed. Ian was able to create a highly organized, well functioning optometry clinic that utilized every square inch of space. Because of their expertise in the field, they gave us good tips on creating our layout. When selecting our display boards, we had many options from various companies but we felt RetailOne had the "clean, timeless" look we were aiming for. In terms of the front desk, the staff love that it is elevated so the majority of them prefer to stay standing when helping patients. We also like the concave curvature of the front desk which "draws" people in instead of blocking them out. Overall, the staff and the patients all love the new space and we could not have done it without RetailOne. .”
