RaceTrac embarked on a new prototypical store design to enhance its brand position in the highly competitive convenience store market. We partnered with RaceTrac and their design and architectural partners on how to cost-effectively develop a décor and signage program that could rollout to multiple stores and markets.
Intensive prototype testing and engineering were developed to ensure financial cost targets would be met in rollout. This led to rapid new store deployment of a highly impactful, cost effective program across the southeast and southwest United States markets.
RetailOne has executed the program in 100+ stores over a three-year period, both on time and on budget. Program elements are now being deployed into previous store formats to renovate existing stores in the network.
