Sodexo, the leading provider of food services, challenged RetailOne to design, manufacture, and implement five unique branded concepts for food court applications in colleges across the United States to compete against National restaurant brands.
Strategy
Utilizing consumer research, we designed new foodservice concepts to capture the millennial marketplace on college campuses. The design program provided an infrastructure of systems for rapid deployment in existing locations with flexible investment options.
Result
The new food-service concepts have been implemented in over 175 locations, accounting for double digit ROI increases over national brands.
