To create a branded retail customer experience for a 3,000+ store network of independent optometrists to help grow optical retail sales, which account for over 50% of a typical office’s revenue.
We developed a new office of the future program around an enhanced customer experience redefining the relationship between patient and associates. The space focused on increasing patient trust, loyalty and advocacy leading to long-term customer relationships and increased retail sales.
A flagship and small footprint office were implemented for testing resulting in positive sales increases, enhanced patient satisfaction, and improved customer/associate interaction. Rollout to additional stores planned for 2016.
